GARDENS OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST
SEATTLE & VANCOUVER

The Gardens of the Northwest tour will take you on a journey through world-famous gardens of Seattle and Vancouver, as well as explore highlights of both cities!

You will travel in comfort during this 7-day, 6-night coach tour through lush countryside to the historical Butchart and VanDusen gardens, Seattle Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Washington Park Arboretum, Queen Elizabeth Park, downtown Vancouver, and more!  As you visit the gardens, your tour guides will provide in-depth information on the beautiful landscapes before you.  Download the brochure to see detailed garden descriptions!

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Deposits:
Individual participants are to make a $250.00
non-refundable deposit to Global Tracks by Friday, April 3, 2009. All payments will be arranged between the participant and Global Tracks. All reservations and payments for travel to be made by participants directly to Global Tracks.  If Global Garden Adventures cancels the tour by Friday, April 3, 2009, deposits will be refunded to participants.

Final Balance due: Friday, May 8, 2009.

Form of payment: We accept checks or credit card for deposit. Final payments must be made by check or a 5% credit card fee will apply.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The decision to cancel the entire group must be made on or before Friday, April 3, 2009.
The following applies to individual cancellations/reductions:

• Before Friday, April 3, 2009: non-refundable
  deposit
• From Saturday, April 4, 2009 to Wednesday,
  June 10. 2009: non-refundable deposit plus
  $1000.00 per person penalty plus any other
   fees from suppliers
• After Wednesday, June 10, 2009: All
  payments are non-refundable

Global Tracks highly recommends trip cancellation and health insurance.

All cancellations must be made in writing
to Global Tracks.

   at the Gardens
•Afternoon Tea in the Gardens - Optional

Wednesday 15 July
•Continental Breakfast at the hotel
•Free time to visit to the Seattle Space Needle,
  Pike Place Market and Seattle  waterfront
  for shopping and lunch via the monorail
•Travel to Vancouver in the afternoon
•Dinner on your own
 
Thursday 16 July
•Breakfast at the hotel
•VanDusen Botanical Garden; lunch on your
  own at the garden
•Afternoon and evening free time or
   Optional City Tour
•Dinner on your own
 
Friday 17 July
